Liberation is a registered business that sells de-alcoholized wine and related products and services.
- DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery turnaround times are as important to us, as they are to you, and we will endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as is humanly possible. It all depends on where you are located, and what products you have ordered.
We deliver nationwide within South Africa. If you are outside of South Africa, please contact us for a customised shipping quote.
Expected delivery timeframes:
- Main Centre: 3 to 4 working days
- Regional: 3 to 5 working days
- Remote: 5 to 10 working days
Order under R1000: R150 | Order R1000 or more: FREE
We reserve the right to charge an additional surcharge for delivery to remote locations or rural areas.
Overnight Deliveries: This can be arranged subject to stock availability if you contact Liberation via email. Please note the overnight courier charges will be for your own account.

If you are outside of South Africa, please contact us for a customised shipping quote.
- RETURN AND REFUNDS POLICY
If your parcel is very wet or damaged upon arrival, or shows signs of having been tampered with, you should either sign for it as ‘Arrived Damaged’ or refuse to sign for it and have it returned to us.
Please contact us immediately if this happens. If you sign for your parcel and subsequently find that something inside is damaged, please take photos of the damaged box and contents and email them to us immediately so that we can arrange a replacement for you.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Card transactions will be acquired for Liberation via Pay Fast (Pty) Ltd which is the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO Pay Fast uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3), and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.Pay Fast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
- CUSTOMER DETAILS SEPARATE FROM CARD DETAILS
Customer details will be stored by Liberation separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO Pay Fast’s secure site. For more detail on DPO Pay Fast refer to www.payfast.co.za.
- MERCHANT OUTLET COUNTRY AND TRANSACTION CURRENCY
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The transaction currency is the South African Rand (ZAR).
